Outlook Associates is a national consulting organization founded in 1991 with the goal of assisting healthcare organizations to improve the quality of healthcare delivery and expand access to healthcare services through: the effective use of systems and technology; streamlined, efficient administrative and clinical operations; and access to timely and accurate data on which to base sound clinical and business decisions.

Qualis Health, one of the nation’s leading Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO), acquired Outlook in 2005 to further enhance the scope of services available to its clients, helping them to better align business and clinical processes with health information technology.

Qualis Health was established in 1974 with the mission to generate, apply, and disseminate information to improve the quality of healthcare delivery and health outcomes. Our principal areas of expertise include health care information systems, operations and quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Our work contributes to the overall enhancement of national and regional health systems while promoting and supporting the improved health of individuals and communities.

Qualis Health clients include the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Medicaid agencies in several states, other government agencies, self-insured employers, Taft-Hartley union trusts, and others.
